Send the commodity, the written specification, the quantity and the destination. A specification is what separates a quotation from a guess, so the more precise it is, the closer the first price is to the final one.

You provide: Product, specification or grade, quantity, packaging, destination port or airport

We confirm supply

We check the crop position, what our sourcing network can aggregate within your window, and whether the specification can be met consistently for the full volume — not only for a first consignment. If it cannot, we say so at this stage rather than after a contract.

Receive your quotation

A written quotation covering price, packaging, the Incoterm, lead time and payment terms, against the specification you sent. Prices move with the crop, so each quotation carries its own validity period.

Samples and inspection

Where the commodity and the contract warrant it, samples are sent for approval and a third-party inspection is arranged at loading. Both are agreed before shipment and the cost is settled in the contract.

Contract and payment

A sales contract sets out the specification, quantity, price, Incoterm, shipment window, documentation and payment instrument. Nothing is aggregated against your order until the contract and its payment terms are settled.

Aggregation and preparation

The lot is collected from farmers, cooperatives and approved suppliers, then cleaned, graded, packed and marked to the contract. This is the stage the shipment window is mostly spent in.

Export and delivery

The consignment is loaded and the export file is prepared for it — the documents your bank and your customs authority need, listed per shipment, not assumed. Delivery then follows the agreed Incoterm.
