Consistent quality

Produce that is properly dried, cleaned and free from foreign matter, and that can be graded to a repeatable standard.

Reliable volumes

A quantity you can genuinely deliver each season, whether that is a few tonnes from one farm or a cooperative's combined harvest.

Honest traceability

Clear information on where the crop was grown and how it was handled, so we can stand behind it with our buyers.

Sound post-harvest handling

Sensible drying, storage and transport practices that protect moisture content and keep the crop free from contamination.

Willingness to work to specification

Suppliers who will meet an agreed grade, packaging and delivery schedule, and who tell us early when a season is under pressure.
