An export shipment fails on paperwork more often than on product. We handle the consignment and the documents together, and follow the shipment until it reaches the buyer.
Overview
Exporting an agricultural commodity is two parallel jobs. One is physical: buy it, prepare it, pack it, move it to the port and load it. The other is documentary: prove what it is, where it came from, that it is fit to enter the destination market, and that duty and formalities have been dealt with. A shipment is only as good as the weaker of the two.
The company handles both. A consignment is sourced and prepared to the buyer's contract specification, inspected and certified as the contract requires, cleared and moved to the port of loading, and then followed through to arrival, with documents issued to the buyer or their bank in the form and sequence required.
Requirements differ by destination market and by commodity. The documentary set, the inspections needed and the packaging and marking rules are confirmed against the destination's requirements at the outset, not discovered when the container is already at the port.

- Port delivery, including container stuffing, sealing and delivery into the terminal
- Shipment follow-up from loading through to arrival, with document release to the buyer or their bank

- Incoterms agreed and applied consistently across contract, invoice and transport documents
- A single point of contact for the buyer throughout the shipment

How it works
The sequence below is followed on every consignment, and each step is recorded so the consignment can be reconstructed afterwards.
Confirm the contract
Commodity, grade, volume, packaging, marking, Incoterms, price, payment terms, shipment window and the required document set are agreed in writing.
Source and prepare
The consignment is sourced, cleaned, graded and packed to the contract specification and the destination market's packaging and marking rules.
Inspect and certify
Pre-shipment inspection is coordinated and the certificates the contract requires — inspection, origin, phytosanitary and any others — are obtained.
Clear and move to port
Export declaration and customs formalities are coordinated through a licensed clearing agent, and inland transport to the port of loading is arranged.
Stuff, seal and deliver
The container is stuffed and sealed, and the consignment is delivered into the terminal against the booking.
Document and follow up
The bill of lading and full document set are issued to the buyer or their bank, and the shipment is followed through to arrival.
